Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Sample Oklahoma Gift Company (“Sample Oklahoma,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the Oklahoma City business that publishes the Sampling Oklahoma Travel Guide in both print and online. By visiting samplingoklahoma.com or using any part of the guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Sampling Oklahoma name, logo, guide content, photography and directory design are owned by Sample Oklahoma Gift Company and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial portions of the guide without our written permission.

User Representations

By using this site—including the contact form or an advertising inquiry—you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the site for lawful purposes only.

Advertising & Directory Listings

Businesses may purchase advertising placements or featured listings in the print guide and online directory. Advertising rates, placements and editions are described on the Advertise page and confirmed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising sales are final once an edition has gone to print or a listing has gone live online.

Prohibited Activities

You may not scrape, copy or systematically extract listings or content from this site for a competing directory; impersonate Sample Oklahoma Gift Company or any listed business; or use the site to distribute spam, malware or unlawful content.

Third-Party Websites & Listings

The directory links to websites, phone numbers and social media accounts operated by independent third-party businesses. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, availability, hours or practices of any listed business. Listing a business in the guide is not an endorsement, and details can change without notice—always confirm directly with the business before visiting.
